您需：

You need to:

1、用英文教授3-12岁少儿英语、艺术、音乐等励步自主研发精彩学科课程；

Taught English, art, music and other exciting courses of English, art and music for children aged 3-12 in English;

2、完成授课前准备工作（如充分备课、课前教具准备）；

Prepare before the lecture (such as full preparation and pre-class preparation);

3、参与校区及总部组织的各种培训、教研、会议和活动；

Participated in various training, teaching and research, meetings and activities organized by the campus and headquarters;

4、和家长保持积极沟通，对孩子的学习效果进行跟踪，提供优秀的教学售后服务；

Keep active communication with parents, keep track of the children's learning effect, and provide excellent after-sales service;

5、运用智能学习系统（周学习内容发布，家庭活动反馈，阅读任务指导），对孩子的学习效果进行科学地跟踪检测；

Use intelligent learning system (weekly learning content release, family activity feedback, reading task instruction), and conduct scientific tracking and detection of children's learning effects;
