3、严格按照爱利特课程核心理念和教学原则完成教学工作（ Classroom needs to be organized orderly in EliteReading Style)
4、对于英语阅读教学有自己的想法，能接受先进的教育理念与方法(Have personal concepts for EnglishReading Teaching and ready to accept advancededucational concepts and methods)
5、对待家长与孩子须有责任心(To treat parents andchildren with a sense of responsibility)
6、积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动（To actively participate in trainingcourses and other activities organized by company anddepartments. )
7、完成教学部门安排的其他任务(To complete othertasks arranged by the teaching department)
8、有公开课、招生课经验的优先( Experience withdemo class and enrolment class is preferred)
任职资格
Qualifications
1.本科或以上学历，英语或英语教育专业（师范类英语专业优先），英语专业八级，读写说流利，特别要求语音过关，语音不好者勿投 Bachelor's degree or above English orEnglish Education (Major normal university English major priority)English major TEM-8 fluent in reading and writing and speakingrequirements for pronunciation is especially required.
2.1-3年以上英语教学经验；有同行业英语培训中心工作者优先(1-3 years of English teaching experience; previousteachinexperience in English training center is preferred.)
3. 精通英语教学方法，擅用肢体语言，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业，愿意长期致力于教育工作( Proficient inEnglish teaching methods using body language teachinglively loving education and willing to work hard for a longtime.)
4.有较强的业务水平、组织教学能力和良好的应变能力( Strong business level and teaching ability as well as goodadaptability. )
5.语言表达能力强，个性开朗，善于与孩子及家长沟通、交流( Strong language expression cheerful personality good
at communicating with children and parents. )
6.具有爱心、耐心、责任心、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神(Be loving patient responsible and have teamwork and
hardworking spirit. )
